-good technology but it is antiquated and difficult to consume by end users -great passion from c-level but can be blinding at times - drink the kool aid -good peer level people to work with

Cons

Waste a ton of time chasing archaic metrics from 2008 when the company was a start up but still has in place today even though not relevant nor productive. Middle and VP level management are a joke at best, adequate to manage a middle school girls softball team but not IT Sales professionals with morals. When you leave the message will be "we wanted to fire him anyway" regardless of what was produced in territory. Inability to recognize inefficiencies and own fault which leads to a excessive high turnover rate.

- Varonis will hire you just to fire you 3 months later if you do not pass their ‘tests’. This is unethical especially in a cost of living crisis and no other company has this onboarding procedure. Varonis left me unemployed. - Harsh/cruel management who belittle you especially if you are a black female - Patronising tone and favouritism from managers - Managers often micromanage and are quick to tell you when you are going wrong but will not praise you for your achievements

I will need several pages for this. In a nutshell - from the 40 hours work week prepare to have 20 hours of internal meetings - you are just a number, no one in the company cares about you - they don't have any values whatsoever - changing strategy every quarter - they expect the unexpected from you - there is no leadership - what works in the US automatically needs to work in EMEA - highest level of micro management - leadership needs training - they motivate by threatening, If you don't do this, we do that. - there is no culture, it is a 1 man ride - list goes on and on.
