I will need several pages for this. In a nutshell - from the 40 hours work week prepare to have 20 hours of internal meetings - you are just a number, no one in the company cares about you - they don't have any values whatsoever - changing strategy every quarter - they expect the unexpected from you - there is no leadership - what works in the US automatically needs to work in EMEA - highest level of micro management - leadership needs training - they motivate by threatening, If you don't do this, we do that. - there is no culture, it is a 1 man ride - list goes on and on.
