More worried about getting sued than supporting Store Managers

Great Discounts Great Hours Easy Job for the most part unless at a smaller store then most of the time it is you and an associate

Cons

Lower volume (1-2 mil) gets virtually no payroll there were times where I had a hard time getting things done because I needed to save payroll for the weekend. Store manager payroll is counted instead of automatic. They do payroll by $ and you only get a % of payroll for the money you make, so it is a lot of guessing if youll have enough to really accomplish things in the store. When an employee is on a final they STILL won't fire them because they are a California based company so don't expect bad employees to be let go.

- Some talk around improving DEI, but can be better - Limited career advancement opportunities within the company - Allow employee benefits to begin at start date - Pay is average for cost of living in Orange County
