The brand is a fun household name

Awful Pay (notoriously low) Zero Work/Life Balance Ever since the pandemic the company has laid off the people who gave life to the brand. Feels like a sinking ship, the parent company makes a lot of demands but doesn’t help Vans as a company to succeed. The CEO is a boring white man who thinks he knows what is “cool” and doesn’t listen to the actual people paid to know.

This company tries to control every aspect of your life. You can’t schedule yourself off two days in a row, you are required to work every Monday and Tuesday and can not take off Saturday or Sunday. Leaving your only days off to be Wednesday and Friday. They have a “black out” calendar that prevents you from taking up to 45% of the year off.
