      Pros

      Good bonding with senior people. Easy to share our thoughts. Work life balance good.

      Cons

      Valeo values are deviating by VITC managment. Employees are scared to face VITC manager. Policy points which are favour for employees is completely neglected.

      Pros

      Compensation is the only reason they still have employees. The 401k is top of the market compared to other local companies.

      Cons

      The company has feel apart within the last 2 years. The politics are big there. It is culture and expected there to put in 10/13 hour daydream It is a French owned company so they get compensated lengthy vacation packages while the Americans do not get compensated for the same amount of time they put it. The HR department is a joke. They are not honest and ethical people. They do not follow Valeo policies and descriminate against certain employees.
