      Incapable Managers Valeo Chennai and Cairo

      Cons

      Manager never interacts with technical people and derive the solution. Every year they are travelling to Cairo and update same stories. Technical people are capable only but ruined by Cairo politics. Cairo used to but full blame on technical people those are worked hard. Managers in Cairo are openly told to Chennai management if they didn't obey there comments leave the company thinking that they are the only country who is having capability. Cairo common man you have worked 13 years in the same domain that mean you are not almighty every one have skills. First try to respect that.

      Pros

      Cutting edge R&D going into Mass Production Really interesting and helpful people from near and far Amazing technology coming out of a small town in Ireland Great place to gain massive experience across departments

      Cons

      Military Style Loyalty, people laugh at leavers, as if they aren't good enough when it's the culture is so toxic! Understaffed across all departments, people taking on multiple roles, then leaving a 3 person gap, Hiring ban in place means less gets done and "lower" level managers get stressed Small company mentality when it comes to staffing critical departments. Very Cliquey mentality with departments but if you can break that down the people are lovely as they are in the same boat as you. Management are so far behind when it comes to staffing and Retention of staff, they can barely keep up with the exit interviews let alone report what departments need help, But instead wonder how they can get reviews like this deleted
