Pros

1. Good Salary package 2. Health insurance 3. Organisation is small and new, therefore politics is less 4. Technology wise good compared to competitor. 5. Good top managements who listen to employee needs

Cons

1. Worst work-life balance. Employee mandatorily required to be in office for 9:15 mins. 5 mins early, the system will detect half a day leave automatically. 2. No option of Work from home, even in covid-19 situation certain employees are forced to come to office risking their health. 3. Management and HR not at all in sync, all HR decision are taken without managers discussion and won't reflect employee issue. 4. Speaking against HR, management will put employee in soup.

Pros

Decent pay and fast top out. Match your 401k contribution up to 5%. Jobs are not overly difficult or require too much heavy lifting.

Cons

No longer pay 5% into your 401k. Ridiculously hot in the Summer time that it may as well be a modern day sweatshop. Upper management is absolutely awful and does not care about their employees. They have made so many ridiculous business decisions that employees now must work 10-12 hour days to even get a day off. Too much variation in Supervisor temperment. Some are very pleasant and easy to get along with and work, others needlessly make your job harder than it has to be. Parking availability is almost nonexistent. You are not actually allowed to take a full break. If your breaktime is "ten minutes" you do not get a full ten minute break, you must take your break and be back in your area within that time frame. Attendence point system is ridiculous. Points fall off every ninty days as long as you don't incure another point. With how the system works you could be incredibly unlucky and get fired after a year and a half because of having to call in sick or for emergencies. There is not consistent schedules throughout the factory. Half the factory is working four to five days straight while the other works two to three days and then has two to three days off etc. Makes commuting to work with someone in another area difficult. They claim to give full time employees ten to fifteen days of vacation time but that is not the case because vacation time is based on hours and with full time days now being ten to twelve hours you are losing at least two of those days.
