Pros

They provide you with a free pass for all mountains owned by Vail Resorts. They also give you 2 free lessons a month.

Cons

The pay was very low and it would be impossible to live off of. You can't take advantage of the free pass because you have to work during skiing hours.

Pros

Ski pass, decent health benefits, beautiful work locations, a good group of genuinely motivated co-workers

Cons

The main downside is that corporate has sort of lost touch with the mountains. This results in some strange decisions which really don't make much sense when implemented.
