Pros

Managers are fair to their employees. You get a free ski pass. They offer opportunities to advance in the company.

Cons

Pay isn't the best, but what can you expect. It's seasonal work.

Pros

The job is very fun and the people who you work with directly are great.

Cons

Corporate policy and communication are poor. They repress individuality fairly heavily and the company is slow to adopt more modern standards.
