Pros

skiing all day and getting paid for it, living at one of the prettiest places on the planet with the ability to travel within resorts seasonally

Cons

train your staff before the resorts open, make sure they have the proper tools to do the job, remember why people work at your company... they are not just numbers

Pros

Great time! Everyone loved to ski and snowboard so the passion was shared across all my co-workers so it was easy to bond. Pay was ok and management does a good job finding you housing if you are out of state prior to employment. Great company culture.

Cons

Very expensive to live in ski towns. Some employees didn't pick up their slack. Long hours. We were understaffed during the busy times (holidays) and over staffed the rest of the time. So that meant you either worked more than you wanted or didn't work as much as you needed.
