Pros

Free ski pass and buddy passes

Cons

No room to move up, managers and VP just spend money and spend money on parties and dinners and free backpacks for themselves, but can't afford to pay their coordinators over 30k. Expect lots of experience and commitment, but can't reward coordinators. Even after years experience in the role, management won't let coordinators take on more tasks that can help prepare them for manager level jobs. They tell you to leave and that's the only way to move up.
