None, horrible work schedule and management is a nightmare

Cons

Work 6 days a week (but they schedule it to be sure you don’t get overtime pay for the 6th day) said that only managers work 6 days in the interview but then made the entire staff do it. Be the middle man to relay BS information back to guests because of Vails horribly corporate greedy policies. And the guests that aren’t being told bad news about not getting money back for a reasonable situation, are being difficult to deal with for any other abundance of reasons

Cons

-Over worked and under paid/ not paid a living wage -Corrupt management -Micro managed on a daily basis/ not allowed to make your own decisions -Terrible/entitled/snobby/rude clients -No background checks done on new employees which leads to some very suspicious co-workers -Management plays favorites I was fired after I complained about being singled out and harassed on a daily basis. Vail stole about 30+ hours of PTO from me (I have paystubs to prove this)
