Free ski pass, awesome coworkers, ability to work remotely depending on the job

Cons

Continued budget cuts resulting in not back-filling positions and spreading workload on already strained staff, disparity with FTO where some employees have try unlimited and others get stuck working over 40 hours a week to cover consistently. Also recent initiatives have made promotional opportunities slim and not as attainable as was possible pre-COVID
