Not a good place to work

Pros

Can’t think of one

Cons

Work in an Aspen store. We are among the lowest paid anywhere. No commissions at all no matter how hard you work. Huge disconnect with manager. No support. No benefits. Even the ski pass is for vail (we are in Aspen). Extremely difficult just to clock in - they make you use your private cell phone to confirm and the process takes a long time and then you are docked 10-15. They make it sound as though it’s a wonderful community to work in and it’s horrible.

Pros

A few gear discounts, and a ski pass you can never use since you're working nonstop.

Cons

No company ski days. At a ski company. None. Ridiculously long hours. An HQ that isn't in the mountains. A ski company that's nowhere near skiing. Hmmm.... Grossly under market for compensation
