-Coworkers share a passion for the outdoors -Great deals and product incentives -Great place to make connections if you want to stay in the outdoor industry

Cons

-Pay is not awesome, but the free pass and discounts help if you're a skier or rider -Corporate leadership is really disconnected from the day-to-day reality; they often make hasty decsions without input from staff

Even after numerous consecutive years with Vail, still getting paid the same as new employees. There seems to be no loyalty to retail employees, largely being viewed as disposable

Some of the most incompetent humans I’ve ever worked with in the history of humans.

Cons

They don’t care about you as a human. You are just another number in the cattle call. No support from upper management whatsoever. No room for people with ideas or ways on how to improve business models.
