      Pros

      Great company to work for if you love the outdoors and like minded people. Great access to mountain facilities. Summer work load is minimal, great discounts on products they sell.

      Cons

      Winter work load is rough... Questionable pay and benefits for management positions.

      Pros

      Even though it's a big corporation, still have a small company feel

      Cons

      They don't treat their employees right. Everything, and I mean everything is controlled by COO. Even what cloths you can wear. They don't allow any change and the answer to why was normally - well, we have been doing it this way for a long time.
