      Some definite perks, though not as inspiring a workplace as they'd have you believe.

      Pros

      There are some definite perks to working here including a ski pass, good health care and discounts.

      Cons

      Despite the perks, the pay is poor, and this is what it all comes down to. I could easily buy a ski pass if I was getting paid a competitive wage. Also while corporate is pushing management to improve and engage more, there is still a strong company culture that keeps management and staff separate. Management gets many perks that regular staff don't get, and try not to flaunt it, but there is a clear us vs. them separation fostered by poor management

      Pros

      Great benefits, especially for those who love to ski, golf, bike, or just about any other outdoor activity.

      Cons

      Senior leadership tend to be very immature and know little about leading people. They had been leading primarily by fear and intimidation, although this is changing. Despite improvements, most of the executives have a long way to go before they are genuine leaders.
