Best product, great colleagues, no micro management, happy customers, approachable management, good earnings, high performance culture. Accepting, tolerant mimd set. Positive buzz, lots of work to be done, the vibe of a start up mixed with the maturity of a large corporation.

Cons

Taking responsibility is expected, some may not like this, some may not cope with it. Little to no appraisal for getting it right, absence of feedback, no sharing of best practice unless you ask for it.

Smart employees, flexibility and strong values! VMware is a organized chaos at it's best. Opinions matter, work matters, delivering matters. Preconceived ways of getting things done doesn't happen here, honestly it's refreshing.

Cons

We're growing so quickly it can be too dynamic for some. I love it.
