Cons

Career advancement is non-existent. Management is clueless. Did I mention that career advancement is non-existent? :)

- If working in a field office, don't expect to receive the same treatment and benefits as those in Palo Alto. - Very political, they tend to promote their friends and not who is competent. - Managers lack emotional intelligence with dealing with staff - Not much chance for growth & development in field offices - No work/life balance, field offices are understaff and overworked. Request for vacation has been denied for 2 years in a row due to staff shortage. - Low salary compared to similiar roles in other companies(40% less), was told this is due to budget restrictions in field offices. - High staff turnovers.
