In the epi-center of the IT industry, with passionate leaders and passionate people working globally. An exciting place to build a career.

Cons

There are growing pains with a company that is growing this quickly and of this size, but for the adventurous this is only an operational pain. The excitement at the company overcomes any operational headaches.

Pros

Pay is good but you cannot spend as you don't know when your job will be gone. They have good tech events but enforce a lot of work which is difficult to participate.

Cons

Forget work life balance. You get 60% hike and laid off 4 months after that. Managers don't support your growth. Nonsense ownership model. You are made to work even in US timings to support customers. All Quality Engineers (QE) are threatened for job. Finally most important Layoff - they keep doing.

Pros

The culture is amazing! Work-life balance is one above all other companies. They really invest in your success and training; you will get help with every single question. They really strive to promote from within. The products sell themselves as just about every company uses our software. The cutlture, again, is amazing. The cafe is fully stocked w/ snacks and drinks and available anytime! 401(k) matching, stock options, great health benefits. Pay is great, above industry average, for sure!

There really are no cons.
