No work / life balance Inexperienced managers who are right out of college with no management experience. They have big egos but do not know how to lead or manage. Management has no idea what they are doing. I am surprised VMWare would want to attach their name and image to this company. Management by fear No efficient processes or procedures Very high stress, very long hours Attempt to have an image as a modern, hip company, but it is run in a very controlling way. The company provides apps to help improve business from any location, yet they do not let their employess tele-commute. Very hypocritical. Training for new employees means bombarding new employees with excess information, and then throw them to the wolves. There is no real learning. Extremely high turnover rate, for a reason. Many hierarchies that actually create work inefficiencies. PR group does a good job of manipulating the public by pretending this company is good. They prefer meeting deadlines at the expense of putting out quality products.
