Pros

It was really a great place to start a career in the entertainment industry. You got to meet a lot of cool people

Cons

Management sucks! Their communication needs improvement! It's was a very hostile work environment when your leads don't like you. As a company they need to make major improvements

Pros

Free park admission, great discounts on merch and food. You get one comp ticket at first then one more a bit later. Somewhat growth if you want to be a lead at an attraction

Cons

Some of the "leads" think they're invincible and will look down on you. This was at FJ in Wizarding World
