Pros

Universal offers great benefits as full/part time employees. There are many opportunities to move around in the company and increase your experience in a field/area you would be interested in.

Cons

The tardiness system is something that can be troublesome.

Pros

Comp tickets, fair attendance policy, special event opportunities, large focus on wellness and health.

Cons

Lack of organization and professionalism. Management is absent minded when it comes to employee needs and best interest. Inconsistent training and leads that don't want to work. Lots of unnecessary wasting of break/lunch time due to limited places to clock out. Inconvenient uniform check out rather than take home uniforms.
