Pros

The job itself is very fun!

Cons

Lack of respect from leadership. They do not respect front line and this needs to be investigated immediately if they wish to see less turnaround. Leads ignore you when you need help, isn’t it their job? They make you feel useless and their approach is very confrontational. My anxiety was in an all time high. Some leads are great and some are just terrible.. others know this but do not speak up… the rotten apples should be coached or let go.

Pros

No pros at all. They lie.

They lie to you now.

Pros

Great place to go to an interview and make you believe you had a job secure. Unprofessional interviews with no experience at all.

Cons

Recruiters lie to get you to the interview so they can get paid and do not give any feedback after the interview after proclaiming that they are like a family and help each other. And not have the decency of giving you feedback. After you move earth and water to get to the interview.
