Park tickets, 401k and full time benefits

Cons

Sexist and racist. They make up new tasks on a whim which might be totally outside of your job and expect you to do it without question. HR department is a joke and mostly cater to management. Depending on your skin color you may not be treated with respect and will be asked to preform tasks a lighter person wouldn't.
