People and perks are good compared to the market.

Cons

Leadership are lost not knowing what to do. In some teams/orgs, you have to be in a good relationship with Management otherwise you will stick at your level and salary no promotion

- Generous on holidays - Good work/life balance - Great office

Cons

- Feels like management doesnt know where there are going stayed there 10 months and switched teams 3 times. - A lot of tech debt and very little incentive to change things. - Base salary is low and career opportunity are very limited once you reach IC level 6 - Top management try to brainwash you with their so called "culture" that they dont even apply to themselves
