      Besides the cognitive hump of working with ads, it’s a great learning environment with opportunity to grow.

      Pros

      Independence, challenging work, really smart coworkers, opportunity for growth, travel! Learned a lot in a short amount of time because of interesting products I’ve gotten to work on. I do feel cared about by my management as well.

      Cons

      Work that doesn’t necessarily change peoples’ lives for the better. I’m also constantly working to either get ahead or because I’m pressured to feel like I need to catch up to the velocity of my teammates. With growth, there’s also silo-feeling from other parts of company that I hope can be bridged.

      Exciting workplace, good business to be in, smart employees.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, dog eat dog employee culture, management do not manage, getting political, getting to be hire and fire culture.
