Pros

- The people are amazing; kind, smart, helpful. - Big ideas are welcome! We like trying things we haven't done before. - The work is super interesting - Unity is growing so fast and touching so many industries and creators. There is so much to do, and it's all so fascinating. - Work life balance - depending on your team, there is quite a lot of flexibility

Cons

- While growing is a major plus, it also comes with some growing pains. It takes people who are really flexible and strong willed to work through it sometimes.

Wow- what a great review- the best job you have ever had....It's great to hear that you enjoy life at Unity. We have great perks like 16 paid holidays, 5 floating days, and 15 vacation days (plus unlimited sick time). We believe that as we grow we should also give our team a life outside of the office. If you ever have ideas on how we can improve, we would love to hear them.

Pros

The perks here are ridiculous. Great pay, amazing benefits including the best paid maternity/paternity leave I have ever heard of. The most amazing office I have ever seen with amazing people. This company couldn't treat their employees any better. Anyone would be seriously lucky to get an opportunity to join Unity.

Cons

I didn't start working here sooner. Just writing more because there is a minimum of 20 words. That's all.

We are super proud of our amazing paternity and maternity benefits- not only are they super competitive, but we also give an additional two months part time (for full time pay) when employees come back from their leaves. It is a great perk!
