Some of the best people I have had the pleasure to work with are right here. New Montreal office is great! Lots of room, great amenities, caterer on site every day of the week.

Cons

Salaries should be updated to reflect the new market with competitors gaining ground in Montreal.

Empowerment, autonomy, exciting work, cutting edge product, work-life balance, transparency from leadership, inspiring CEO and management, incredibly smart team members, all the superficials: beautiful offices, drinks/snacks/lunches, roof deck, game rooms ... honestly, everything is a pro.

Cons

Absolutely no cons unless you don't like to be empowered, trusted, challenged, supported, recognized, fed and love your day to day life and career progression.
