      Pros

      great place, great culture. doing lots of exciting things. adding a services layer to enhance the game engine core.

      Cons

      growing very rapidly and thus, some growing pains associated with that growth like changing culture, out-growing office space, etc.

      Passionate Growing Company

      Pros

      - Some of the smartest and most talented people in the industry. - Everyone is super passionate about making Unity as great as it can be. - In R&D, management does seem to care about the engineers. - Travel all of the world.

      Cons

      - Everything (management included) is a bit disorganized. - Its very easy to fall into a slump of nonstop meetings and email. Its avoidable, but you have to take it on yourself to manage your time. No one is going to get you out of the distraction hole. - Hardly any formal training/professional development. If you want to get better, it's solely up to you.

      Pros

      Nice company , great office location. The people are nice (sometimes) . Catered food everyday.

      Cons

      CEO works in this office and doesn't makes it a point to say hello to people. Will not utter two words to people in the office. Is not very pleasant At ALL. Management is unorganized All day EVERYDAY emails.
