Pros

Some awesome people, especially at mid-level down. A great product. Very, very good to their employees (on the whole).

Cons

Very few, but some new senior management leave a lot to be desired in terms of truthfulness and loyalty. Personally found some of them to be rather shifty.

Pros

The mood is awesome. People are really easy to approach, everyone is trying to help and we feel trusted and empowered by the management team as they give us enough autonomy to solve our tasks. Perks are awesome (Lunch, Friday bars, Commute, Gym, you name it), and as an expat I've always felt supported and welcomed in the company.

Cons

Having this level of autonomy for every team lead to some messy documentation, but the company is aware and we're trying to fix it. There are not that many junior positions. Company expects a really high performance from everyone. Managers know a lot about their areas, but some of them are still learning how to manage people.
