Layed back culture. Good people to work with. Agile.

Cons

Bad management with no overview of their employees. People are not treated very well. Too much workload and to heavy projects.

Most people I work with in different teams are great to be with. Very collaborative and customer-focused culture

Only growing pains, more people come in than offices can handle.

Employees are smart and good at what they do. Company culture supports flexibility and creativity.

Cons

Organizational chart is getting less and less flat, it is somewhat worrying. Communication among different locations can be hard sometimes.
