      Great product and market position. Team is engaged, passionate and experiencing rapid scale.

      Cons

      Were in a moment of adolescence between start up and mature and that's always awkward but leaders are really engaged in stretching themselves.

      Pros

      Cool environment, trust from higher ups, looked forward to going to work every day, got a MacBook to use at work and in free time, access to game jams, free food and drink

      Cons

      A bit cliquey, people would get fired quite often, didnt get paid that well compared to other jobs
