Pros

Great culture, Great products, Great management.

Cons

Haven't discovered any major cons yet. Working in professional services, we use products as end users. Products are complex and offerings lack some structure but there is focus on that.

Pros

Exec staff listen and are collaborative with employees Time off - 5 floating, 17 bank holidays, 15 PTO, 9 sick days Benefits - healthcare, vision, dental, 100% mental health coverage Autonomy in work

Cons

Still developing as a company so there have been re-orgs, re-levelling etc. This is still good though as it’s all been in response to employee feedback

Pros

- Empowered to change things - Great culture of constant improvements, empathy - Free to criticize, suggest improvements - Very open communication channels with top execs - Great benefits: holidays, fitness, health, wage - Fairly flat hierarchy - Constant opportunity to learn and improve oneself - Passionate user base (and very honest too) - Fun office, great co-workers (Stratford-upon-Avon) - Working from home not a problem

Cons

- Typical "grew too fast" syndrome, with lack of organization at the top level and lack of processes - If you expect to be told what to do, you might not succeed - The company might look as becoming more corporate as the result of (necessary) reorganizations, which is a plus in the long term
