      Pros

      Relaxed interview process and great vibes throughout! Really focus on you as a person Down to earth chat about the opportunity, really open and honest. Paint a great picture of things to come!

      Cons

      No cons to think of apart from the fact that the interview process is nothing like any other company. There is nothing to prepare for, just be yourself and keep an open mind!

      Pros

      Great people, interesting problems, bureaucracy kept to a necessary minimum. Strong “bottom-up” decision-making channel, that allows the devs to make decisions about direction - an element necessary for a meritocracy.

      Cons

      It’s still a corporation. Some management decisions arguable and not transparent, but it’s not too bad. Higher management positions always hired from the outside, no chance of internal career climb above certain level. Since it’s a corporation, even a handful of people can push the meritocracy into a politics-heavy popularity contest. Unity sometimes recovers from it quickly, other times not so quickly.

      Pros

      Great people, free/healthy lunches and snacks, nice location with beautiful views from the office, interesting work. I have been impressed with the clarity in communication from leadership.

      Cons

      Nothing that isn't to be expected from a rapidly growing company.
