      Pros

      - The Best Ideas Win philosophy really shines through- even though I only started programming a few years my opinions are always welcomed and actively sought. - All the office spaces I've seen have been stunning - Events such as the external Unite conferences and our internal HackWeek are so much fun, and rewarding learning and networking experiences. - Diversity and Inclusion initiatives are being actively invested in and treated with high priority. - My interview process was amazing- I went from first speaking to a recruiter to getting an offer in less than a month and was in continuous contact during that time.

      Cons

      Some offices do receive more perks and attention than other (usually smaller) offices. However local Workplace Experience team members do an amazing job to mitigate this as much as possible on a local level.

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I have had. Love the focus on users and core values, especially in it together. Lowest number of jerks I have ever seen and folks go the extra mile to do the right thing. Lots of greenfield technical challenges and high impact work.

      Cons

      Pay is not at market rate in you are in San Francisco or Bellevue .

      Pros

      The company culture at Unity is one of the most unique I've been a part of. There is a such a sense of being in it together that leads to a very open and inclusive atmosphere. Feedback is encouraged and listened to. Unity has also done a great job at shifting in the time of COVID making the virtual/work from home experience feel supported while also aknowledging the challenges that are facing the team through such change.

      Cons

      With such rapid growth, there are some growth pains within the business processes.
