      Pros

      Fantastic culture encouraging personal and professional growth (completely supportive of internal career changes if needed), huge levels of respect for employees and their experience at work.

      Cons

      Some aspects of the business haven't yet adapted to the current size/rapid expansion of the company, though this is being actively addressed as time goes on. Few bad words to say all in all.

      Pros

      The people, the mission, empathetic leadership, the ability to influence change and make a difference in a company that really feels like its going places.

      Cons

      All of the Pros come at a cost - and that cost is it's a fast-moving place that expects people to excel. If you don't work well in that kind of environment then it's not for you.
