      Many opportunities to grow and learn from different peers, a lot of care for the employees.

      Is getting quite big, and there is constant changes, I'm okay with that but not everyone likes it

      Unity is an existing place to work. Lots of great people, cool products and interesting projects going on.

      While it is very exciting to see the company grow at a high pace, it can and sometimes have negative implications for existing processes and workflows that get disrupted by the ever-changing business environment.
