Great people, but the work itself isn't great in some areas

Work life balance, great people, high performers do get rewarded with stock

Cons

Some of the work does not feel impactful at all, sometimes the work feels like a waste of time and for nothing but you still get paid, too much pivoting in some groups with poor vision
