Good culture, little career growth oppurtunities, varying levels of technical debt within teams, etc.

Good benefits, good WLB, passionate colleagues, competent exec level leadership

Cons

Very low compensation, limited career growth opportunities, a fair bit of dead weight, unnecessary middle management, and some very questionable engineering practices.

The culture is terrific. Great PTO, catered lunch, excellent benefits, stock grants.
