Strong C Level Execs!! I have full confidence that they continue to make Unity a sustainable leader in the industry. This is a company that truly values all employees. You just have to know what goals you'd like to achieve so your manager can help you work towards reaching them. Benefits & Perks are pretty competitive!

Cons

Really missing the generous daily lunch buffet , drinks and snacks on every floor, beer & wine in the afternoons - during the SIP due to COVID.
