Very good work and life balance Good benefits Stands out in game industry

Cons

Weak organization and structure. Lake of alignments across teams and departments. Bottom up decision making strategy applies to everywhere in the company makes a lot of projects very inefficient.

it is in hyper-growth and really exciting to work on building teams people that join us are passionate about what they do we work on bleeding-edge of tech and the people we hire are top of their field there is a lot of flexibility and autonomy in the work you do

Cons

you have to be fine with constant changes and ambiguity they are still optimizing their processes as it grows so it is becoming better
