Pros

- Friendly team mates (at least at the start) - Good onboarding process - Unity has a solid reputation in the market meaning candidates are attracted to the business. Other than the bloated recruitment process, I made a lot of hires due to their brand.

Cons

- Average salary and benefits - Leadership had the inability to properly plan headcount resulting in mass redundancies - Extremely KPI heavy and process driven meaning you don't get to do much recruitment - The most political business unit I've worked in, everyone is in it for themselves. As the months passed and I embedded myself, it became apparent that there is a lot of backstabbing going on - Hard to get promotions, a lot of favouritism can be witnessed
