      * A nice and friendly HR team. Flexible to adjust based on your availability * A very professional team. Diversified in terms of talents. People definitely know what they are doing. * Team members are honest and willing to share their views and insights on the project

      Pros

      - Salary - Culture - HR is helping rather than blocking - Good benefits (RSU, stock buying plan, etc.). - Good number of vacation days and company holidays - Very good engineers. We have both young and more experienced engineers.

      Cons

      - Product management: some decisions doesn't make sense to me sometimes.
