      Pros

      Overall a very good experience. The process was made efficient and friendly by the UNITY staff.

      Cons

      It was a bit nerve-wracking to announce my departure from my current job without having the contract signed ... as Unity HR needed to verify references at my current place of employment. But the HR team handled the ref check very swiftly and send me the contract to sign.

      Good people, easy to get along with. Company has a good track record for doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Big company, less personal than other companies. Being on large projects means less ownership of your project.
