      A healthy place to work

      Pros

      Great team collaboration and across teams too, positive leadership skills training is clearly working. Great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Not too sure. Have not been there long enough to see anything too terrible.

      Pros

      - Most of the co-workers are nice and highly skilled - Compensation is OK - Nice benefits - Tech stack is interesting - Massive scale of data

      Cons

      - No career progression if your work is not classified as "high impact". Meaning people with good connections will work on the new and fancy projects and rest will be left with all the maintenance work on legacy systems - Lack of documentation practices. Two years old Slack-threads and source code are the best documentation you can find - Understaffed teams - Constant addition of middle-management layers - Most of the middle-managers doesn't add much value - All the decision makers are in US - Almost no options other than ads specific roles in Helsinki
