      Pros

      Unity has a very good work culture that anyone humble and career driven will enjoy being part of. I joined from the UK and find it refreshing that the company has a very open inclusive culture. You are encouraged to do everything possible in order for you to perform your best, for example, you can choose between working remotely or in the office.

      Cons

      Due to ongoing growth and acquisitions, things are always changing, but as long as you take time to adapt to the new changes, it shouldn't impact your day to day work.

      Pros

      Clear communication with recruiter. Super friendly team that feels like a real conversation. Team members gave clear feedback and it was apparent they were genuinely interested in learning about my approach to teamwork, professionalism, etc.

      Cons

      Online interviews were scheduled over five separate days - would have preferred that they were consolidated to 1-2 days.
