Public company growing pains

Pros

Has values unlike any other company at the scale that they are. Teams love working together on the lower level. Have a lot of interesting work to do and will do.

Cons

There is a disconnection on the way that Unity worked before IPO and since. This is changing the culture of the company and causing talent to go outside of the company.
