Pros

Clear communication throughout the interview process, smooth and well-organized. All interviewers were respectful and engaging, asking fair and relevant questions. The company was transparent about expectations and role details. I received timely feedback and felt like the interview process was a rewarding one.

Cons

While it was a smooth and well-organized interview process, it was also lengthy, with multiple rounds and a long wait-time between interview stages.

Has generally good culture but the team culture really depends on the manager. I’ve experienced both good and bad managers.

Cons

Too many recent leadership changes and hence directional changes. Hard to stay adaptive to many changes.

Cons

Senior and mid-senior level staff were plunked under first-time managers. They didn't get the memo that what makes you good at your function does not make you good at being a people manager in that function.
