I worked in the previous IronSource Aura division. Although the company is huge, the department was only around a 100 people so it almost felt like a small company by itself. And the vibe of the people there is incredible.

Cons

Once IronSource was merged into Unity the company became a more standardized American Corporation, with salary reviews when they like it.
